Admission Procedure
How to apply, and what happens next
Admission policy
Admissions are open to all children without discrimination on grounds of religion, caste, language, gender, disability or social background. The school complies with the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 in respect of reserved admissions where applicable.
Age criteria
Age eligibility follows CBSE and state norms and is reckoned as on 31 March of the year of admission. Exact class-wise age bands are stated on the registration form.
The process
- Enquiry. Send an admission enquiry or visit the school office. The admissions team will call you back.
- Registration. Collect and submit the registration form with the required documents. Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Interaction. An age-appropriate interaction with the child, and a conversation with parents. For the Foundational Stage this is informal and play-based — there is no written test, in line with the Policy.
- Offer and confirmation. Selected candidates are informed in writing. Admission is confirmed on payment of the stated fees within the notified window.
Documents required
- Birth certificate issued by the municipal authority
- Transfer Certificate from the previous school, where applicable
- Report card of the last class attended
- Aadhaar card of the student (if available) and of a parent or guardian
- Four passport-size photographs
- Address proof
- Medical records including immunisation, and documentation of any special need so support can be arranged
Children with special needs
We admit children with special needs and work with parents to plan support with our special educator. Please tell us at enquiry stage so the right arrangements are in place from day one.
