Vision & Mission

What we are working towards

Vision

To run a school where a child leaves at eighteen able to think clearly, speak in more than one language, work with their hands, and treat other people well — and where none of those four is treated as optional.

Mission

  • To deliver the CBSE curriculum in the spirit of NEP 2020 — competency-based, multilingual, and rooted in Indian knowledge systems while open to the world.
  • To keep foundational literacy and numeracy the single highest priority in the Foundational and Preparatory stages, so that no child moves on without the ground beneath them.
  • To make experiential learning ordinary: laboratories used weekly, field visits timetabled, projects assessed.
  • To build an inclusive campus where children with special needs learn alongside their peers, supported by a trained special educator.
  • To support teachers with at least fifty hours of continuous professional development a year, as the Policy requires.
  • To keep the school honest with parents — publishing fees, results, staff qualifications and infrastructure openly, and answering grievances within a stated timeframe.

Core values

Satya — honesty in academic work and in how the school reports on itself. Seva — service to the community as part of the curriculum, not an extracurricular badge. Samman — respect across differences of language, faith, ability and background, as the Constitution requires of us all.
