Houses & Activities

The house system

Every student is placed in one of four houses on the day they join, and stays there until they leave. Houses compete through the year in sport, debate, quiz, dramatics, music and community service, and the House Cup is awarded at the Annual Day.

Sports

Cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, table tennis, badminton, chess and yoga. Inter-house tournaments run through the year and teams represent the school at district and state level.

Service and citizenship

Community service is part of the curriculum from the Middle Stage. Students take part in cleanliness drives, literacy support in nearby settlements, tree planting and disaster-preparedness training.
